    What a great firm! Our 30-year-old dryer started making a lot of noise, so I called what I thought was Spencers Appliance Repair. Turns out, it's now MTO Appliance Repair. Mary (the "M" of the operation) set up an appointment for the very next day. Todd (the "T") came out and quickly discovered that the problem was one of the rollers that allow the drying drum to turn. He replaced it very quickly, and the entire repair visit came to just under $150, which honestly, feels like a bargain these days.
